Break Da Bank Again Respin slot comes with an exciting Hyperspins feature
If you have played any of the two previous slot titles in the Break Da Bank series of games from Microgaming, then you will likely know what you get.
Essentially, you have a rather simple, five-reel slot game with high RTP and also high volatility, a combination which has proven to be something of a hit with slot gamers around the world.
Having seen the success of the first two titles in the series, Microgaming entrusted their new partners Gameburger with the design and execution of the third game in the series, Break Da Bank Again Respin, which was released recently.
This third game takes the key elements of the first game and retains most of them, while adding a whole new 're-spin' element to the slot which gives the game a whole new dynamic and a very different way to play compared to the other two slots.
The new game retains most of the features, including the high risk, high reward volatility that players come to love, so let's take a closer look and see how this new addition to the Break Da Bank franchise stands up to scrutiny.

Gameburger have gone with a rather simplistic design for their first slot for Microgaming. The game is set up very much like the original two slots in the series and the reels are clearly earmarked on the screen. I do like the exciting, dramatic music that has been added to the slot. The backdrop of a purple haze (nothing to do with Jimi Hendrix) is a little boring through and I would have perhaps like to have seen something tied in with the slot theme as the backdrop to the game.
What is on the reels?
When it comes to the symbols on the reels, they begin with the usual playing card symbols as the lower value options. These range from the 10 through to the Ace and it should be noted that it is only the four and five symbol wins with these symbols that offer the player a chance at a profit, as three symbol wins are generally small (and less than your total bet).
When it comes to higher value symbols, there are five standard symbols on the reels that are available and all of them are to do with money or wealth. There's the coin stack, a cheque, a wad of bank notes, gold bars and lastly a purple gemstone. These offer better value wins than the lower value symbols with even three symbol returns offering you your money back on a spin at the very least and some of the big value 5-symbol wins running into many times your bet.
There are two other symbols on the reels, the Wild and Scatter which link to the main bonus features of the slot.
The Break Da Bank logo is the Wild symbol in the game and it offers players the best chance of a big win in the base game as even three Wilds on a pay line offers a win of more than 10x your bet and if you can land five, then you can win a huge amount of money.
That's because all Wild wins come with a 5x multiplier bonus on the standard win and the Wild can substitute for all symbols apart from the Scatter.
Free Spins features
The door to the safe is the Scatter symbol in the game and you need to land three, four or five of these symbols in order to trigger 15, 20 or 25 Free Spins respectively. During your Free Spins, if you land between one and five Scatters on the reels, you will receive additional free spins, ranging from 1 Free Spin for a single Scatter up to 25 additional Free Spins for 5 Scatters across the reels.
During your Free Spins, the Wild symbol comes with a massive 25x multiplier, which can really ramp up the value of the wins and can lead to the maximum possible payout (which is around 144,000).
There is one other bonus feature to note in this game and that is the re-spin buttons which are available on each reel after a spin. Rather than spinning all reels on each spin, players have the chance to keep certain reels and spin just one reel. The game generates a price for spinning that reel in the game and if a player is happy enough to pay the price to spin the reel, then they can spin that one reel to try and land a big value win.
Be warned though, if you are close to a big win, then spinning the one reel that could land you it will not come cheap as the better your chances of a big win, then the more expensive spinning that errant reel will be. Therefore, this is a bonus feature which needs to be used wisely in order to maximise your chances of success, without it taking a big bite out of your bankroll.
Best feature of the Break Da Bank Again Respin slot
There's a number of good features on the Break Da Bank Again Respin slot, but the addition of the re-spins option does give the slot a whole new feel. It isn't the best in terms of value, the RTP of this slot is lower than other Break Da Bank games, but it does give players more flexibility on how to play. For me though, the best feature remains the Free Spins bonus where you can land some very sizeable wins thanks to that massive multiplier that is active on any win completed with a Wild. The Hyperspins feature incorporates strategic paid re-spins and definitely adds an additional layer of excitement to the game.
Gameburger have produced a very worthy sequel to the two Break Da Bank slots that have preceded Break Da Bank Again Respin. The addition of the re-spins option for each reel is a big positive and it is good to see that the company retained the aspects of the original slot that makes it still so popular to this very day. The RTP is a little lower on this game and as such, winning money can be a bit hit and miss at time as the game is volatile, but if you enjoy these higher volatility games, then you will be for a treat with this one.
