What are the main features on the Atlantean Treasures slot? (video)
Neon Valley Studios' Atlantean Treasures Mega Moolah progressive jackpot slot has been a smash hit success since its release in February 2020 and it has already produced one Mega Moolah top jackpot winner.
Interest in the game is huge, especially with the Mega Moolah jackpot now standing at over 10 million (and growing). This jackpot is available on the Atlantean Treasures slot right now!
This article is one in a series of articles that looks at the many different aspects and features of the slot and in this article we focus on the main structure of the slot, how it works and the different features and aspects that you can access from its main screen, as well as the different items that are displayed on the screen of the base game.
Let's begin our tour of what you can access in the Atlantean Treasures slot by taking a look at the main screen of the slot.
Atlantean Treasures Reels and Display
The backdrop of the slot is a sunken city, which we can assume to be Atlantis thanks to the name of the game. One of the nice touches is the used of bubbles and fishes to bring the backdrop to life as you play the game, this combined with some nice atmospheric music gives the slot a very ethereal feel.
The reels are located in the centre to right part of the screen, with the four progressive jackpots available to be won, the Mini, Minor, Major and Mega jackpot prizes displayed on the left. One nice touch is that these jackpots do update constantly, rather than being updated or so every 30 seconds, which is a nice improvement on some of the older Mega Moolah slots.
The clam shell is located underneath the Progressive Jackpot list and this is where you can collect the Golden Pearls that appear on the reel which offer you a chance, when landed, of triggering the Jackpot Bonus Game. The more pearls you land and the higher your bet size, the more chance you have of triggering the game.
The main features of the slot are all generally accessed from the bar across the bottom of the screen which contains a number of different features.
Spin, Max Bet and Autoplay buttons.
In the centre of the bar and central in the screen are the three main controls for the Atlantean Treasures slot. These are the Spin button, which is the largest of the three buttons. Hit this and you will set the reels in motion at the current bet amount for a spin on the game.
Either side of this are the Max Bet button on the left, which when selected will automatically increase the value of your bet to the highest possible bet amount (in this case, 200.00 per spin). To the right of it is the Autoplay feature, which if clicked, will bring up a separate sub-menu.
In the Autoplay sub-menu you can set a number of parameters for your Autoplay session. This includes setting the size of the coins and number of coins to bet on each line which can increase or decrease your total bet amount. This total bet amount is also displayed as is the selector for the number of Autoplay spins you want to play, 10, 25, 50 or 100 are the default amounts selectable from the drop down menu.
Underneath this are the Autoplay Stop setting and here you can set both your Win and Loss Limits. Your Win Limit will stop Autoplay if you win the set amount and similarly, your Loss Limit will stop Autoplay spins if you lose the stated amount of money on spins.
The final option is a handy one which you can switch on if you want the Autoplay feature to stop if one of the four progressive jackpot bonuses are won.
Once you have set your chosen parameters, simply click the Start Autoplay button to begin your spins, however you can click Cancel to take you back to the main screen without starting an Autoplay session.
QuickSpin and Sound
In the bottom right corner of the screen on the control bar are two more settings. The first of these is a lightning bolt which is the QuickSpin selector. Click this so it is highlighted blue to switch QuickSpins on, while have it simply as a frame to switch off the QuickSpins option.
The other option next to the QuickSpins icon is the sound option. Again you can elect to switch off all the sounds by deselecting this option, while selecting it will switch on all the sounds. However, you can access a different menu in another way to switch off just some sounds in the game if you prefer (which we will outline below).
Bet Amount Selector
To the left of the Max Bet option is the simple Bet Amount selector. If you do not want to play about using coins and coin size to decide on the size of your bet, this selector allows you to use the + and - keys to increase or decrease the total value of your bet. You can bet from 0.10 per spin up to 200.00 per spin, so there is scope to play for a very wide amount of bet sizes in the game if you so choose.
To the left of this is the amount of credits you have remaining in the slot, which will increase and decrease as you pay for spins and win cash amounts while playing the game.
Main Submenu Options
In the bottom left corner of the main screen are three lines. These are the main submenu options available on the Atlantean Treasures slot and clicking on them will bring up a sub section onto the screen.
The subsection is a simple list of six icons and each icon relates to something to do with the game, or your account, or the casino. The icons shown and what they are when clicked on are as follows:
- Cash Dispenser Icon - The top icon resembles cash being dispensed from an ATM and this is the banking option. You can click on this if you want to deposit more cash from within the game directly. This is also a useful option if you have won a larger amount of money and want to make a withdrawal from your account as it takes you direct to the banking section of the site, rather than back to the main menu.
- Autoplay Option - This is the same Autoplay option as you can access from the button on the main screen. This is just an alternative way to access that same menu.
- Bet Size Option - The third icon on the list are the + and - symbols that relate to the Bet Size selector. You can select your bet using this option rather than the Max Bet or Bet selector on the main screen if you so wish. This button brings up a menu which lists different sizes of bets on a sliding scale which you can adjust until you find the right bet amount for you.
- Settings - the Cog icon is the Settings option and here you can set a number of key settings for the game which will be remembered for future gaming sessions. You can switch on or off the Introduction Screen, the Quick Spin option, and then you can either mute all the sounds, just the Game Sounds, or just the background music.
- Paytable - The icon that looks like a letter I stands for information and that brings you all the information about the different aspects of the game such as the symbols on the reels, the different bonus features in the game that these can trigger, as well as the different prize amounts you can land for each of the symbols in the game. There is also information about the different pay lines available in the game too.
- Lobby - The final icon is a house icon which will simply take you back to the lobby of your chosen casino and allow you to pick another slot game to play if you prefer.
Essentially, that is all you can access from the main screen of the Atlantean Treasures slot, but within it, it contains everything you need to enjoy about the game and to utilise It effectively. Add to that many of the effects you can view when playing the slot, such as the clever use of bubbles to highlight winning pay lines on a spin, and you can see that as much thought has gone into the structure behind the Atlantean Treasures slot, as it has the game itself.
